who are we?

#GraduationStrong is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2005 as Fun 4 Kidz, Inc. Created as an educational outreach and enrichment program for youth, ages 5 to 18, #GraduationStrong collaborates with high school graduates, most notably professional athletes and entertainers, to build a network of support for underserved youth and communities across the globe with the goal of inspiring all students to earn a high school diploma and in the process, thwart the dropout epidemic.

Over the past decade, communities in Miami, Fla. and Kingston, Jamaica have benefited from numerous #GraduationStrong initiatives which include tutoring, toy give-a-ways, athletic/fine art classes, afterschool programming, homeless outreach, mentoring, and provided the academic supports and motivation necessary to assist young men and women to obtain their high school diploma. Olympians Lauryn Williams and Sanya Richards Ross are founding ambassadors whose efforts have contributed to the success of hundreds of youth and earned recognition and funding by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
